The event includes up to 6 quick-fire dates to break the ice using CitySwoon's patented matching technology, two drinks, lots of hosts to assist on the night and an after-party with DJ until late. Plus it's for a good cause with all proceeds going to The Hunger Project Australia!

We chose this organisation because we believe in the amazing work they do in empowering people living in hunger to change that forever and for themselves.
There will be fantastic giveaways and prizes on the night, as well as displays by other THPA partners to raise awareness.

What is The Hunger Project? Here's what they say:
"The Hunger Project's goal is to end world hunger and poverty. Our approach is different - we see people living in hunger as the solution, not the problem. We shift the mindsets of women and men so they transform into leaders for the sustainable end of hunger. Then, through our programs such as education, microfinance, agriculture and health, we empower people with the skills, knowledge and resources they need to break the poverty cycle themselves. Sadly, for the first time in a decade, world hunger is on the rise due to the impacts from COVID-19 and the Ukraine crisis. Therefore your support will create such a huge impact in the communities that we work in."
Who does The Hunger Project work with?
- In the last year we have reached 11.9 million people in 11,700 rural, remote villages in Africa, India and Bangladesh
- We have trained 548,000 local volunteer leaders - so every dollar invested in our work has a multiplier effect
- Almost one million people across Africa now live in self-reliant communities, made possible in partnership with The Hunger Project
