Throughout the night, you will be tightly matched in real time to the most compatible guys or girls, and then sent on a series of first dates with them which will last for about 12-15 minutes each.
After the dating is done, you're welcome to then meet everyone in the room to chat over a drink. This is a really fun stage of the night as you are able to also meet everyone you haven't been matched with, so it's more like a party!
